My Addiction.....

Seriously--Don't they say that admitting you have an addiction is the first step in overcoming it? Why do I love these candies? They stick to your teeth and are hard to chew and one box is like 720 calories!!! I can't make it through the check-out at Smiths cause they have them right there. I guess I can't really complain that I've been gaining weight when I can't even walk past these without grabbing a box :)

I was looking at the picture on my blog and realizing at this time we have kids from every age from 15 to 19. Can you guess who is at each age? (Sadly its not me or Greg :))

ORGANIZE, Part 1

This year I have been inspired to ORGANIZE. I decided to start with my craft room since it seems to be the biggest disaster most of the time. I did lots of cleaning and then discovered that I had many things in cupboards and drawers that didn't seem to have a "home". So I decided to start with all my assorted sizes of pictures. The binder on the left is 1 of 2 binders which now hold my kids school pictures. The other binder holds our family pictures. I've always thought I would get around to doing something with these pictures, but mostly they've just moved from place to place and had no rhyme or reason. Now when I need a picture I can just go to the binder and pull it out. They are all in chronological order with the school grades and dates on them. Now onto the next project :)

Oops, where did the time go???

Seriously, I am going to get good at this blogging thing :) I have lots of goals for this new year and hope to accomplish some of them. I started this blog with an idea Dallin had about the life and adventures of our family. Maybe we are just too boring and don't have a life or adventures!! Last year we bought a bumper pull trailer for camping and really enjoyed exploring Utah and are planning lots of trips for this summer. I'm hoping to get some good pics and lots of information to share from our outings. Right now, my goal is organizing my home. I've been working on my craft/ sewing/ computer room and feel pretty good about my progress. I plan on posting some pictures of my valance later (it has one thing left to be finished on it). More Later......

I've decided to start blogging. My sister and I started a blog a few years ago but never seemed to post much to it, so we'll see how this goes.
